Role Summary
Our AI Research Division is seeking an AI Research Engineer to train specialized Amharic NLP models, Ge'ez script tokenizers, and neural speech synthesis microservices.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and fine-tune transformer models for Amharic Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR).
- Build Ge'ez sub-word tokenization pipelines and sentiment scoring algorithms.
- Deploy zero-dependency GPU container microservices for on-premise enterprise clients.
- Publish benchmark whitepapers on Ethiopian low-resource language processing.
Requirements
- Strong Python skills with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with NLP transformers, speech processing, or audio signal feature extraction.
- Native or fluent Amharic / Ethiopian language proficiency.
