Engagements follow an auditable milestone model: 30% mobilization upon signed contract and architecture spec, 40% upon working staging demo with automated test suites, and 30% upon final acceptance testing and live production cutover. Invoices are issued in ETB with official ERCA compliance.
Why are prices not listed?
Every system we build is custom-engineered from first principles — scoped to your exact institutional workflows, compliance requirements, and integration surfaces. Publishing a price list would be misleading. Instead, we prepare a detailed, fixed-price proposal after a free technical scoping call.
Are mobile payment transaction fees included?
Processing fees charged by Telebirr, CBE Birr, and Chapa are billed directly by those financial operators. Zemen implements direct server-to-server APIs with HMAC validation and settlement reconciliation.
What service guarantees come with post-launch support?
Every deployment is bound by a signed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Coverage includes automated uptime monitoring, security patching, database optimization, point-in-time recovery, and direct engineer access during East Africa Time business hours.
Can scope be adjusted during active development?
We operate in 2-week agile sprint cycles. Scope adjustments are evaluated through formal change requests with explicit timeline and cost transparency before any implementation begins.
